Electronic Transcript Formats
We provide transcripts in many formats to suit your needs. The following are some of the most requested file formats we produce:

  • ASCII (American Standard Code for Information Interchange) files are plain text documents that are readily viewable on all computers provided that the disks containing the files are properly formatted for your computer system.

  • E-Transcript™ files are electronic transcripts that are typically sent via e-mail. Once downloaded, documents of this type can be viewed on computers running Microsoft's Windows™ operating system. No additional software is required.

Click here to download a sample E-Transcript™.

  • WordPerfect™ and Microsoft™ Word™ are document creation programs for computers running the Windows™ or Mac™ operating system. Not all computers have either of these programs installed. For more information, contact your computer administrator.

  • PDF (Portable Document Format) files are viewable with Adobe Acrobat™ and Acrobat Reader™.

A searchable PDF file lets the user search for keywords and phrases within the body of the document.

Click here to download a sample PDF file. If you are able to view the contents of the downloaded file, then your computer system is PDF-ready.
If your computer could not open the sample file, contact your computer administrator or download a free version of Acrobat Reader™ from www.adobe.com.

Language Interpreters
We have certified language interpreters available. If your next proceeding requires an interpreter, simply call 1-800-310-1769 or schedule an interpreter online.

Document Scanning
Preserve important documents, photographs and exhibits by having them digitally copied, archived and placed on diskette or CD.
